ABOUT US

Thank you so much for shopping with Waterworks! All of our items are dyed by hand in small batches in our Portland, Oregon studio. We primarily work using the "ice dye" method where ice is placed on prepared fabric and dye pigment is dusted onto the surface of the ice. This technique is how we create our signature cloudlike blooms of color. Because each item is dyed to order, and the ice creates its own magical and unpredictable patterns, no two pieces will ever be alike. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

LEAD TIME: Most items are made to order and our production lead time is generally 1-3 weeks. Feel free to reach out and we can get you a more accurate quote based on our current queue. 

SHIPPING: All items are shipped via USPS (first class and priority) or UPS (ground). You will be sent a shipping confirmation email when your package is on its way. If you would like to discuss additional shipping speeds and services please contact us prior to purchase. Every effort is made on our part to get your items to you safely and quickly. Unfortunately due to our small size, we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the shipping process. (We will of course work with you to help resolve any delivery issues.) 

International shipping is available! Please send us a message with your desired order and your shipping address and we will provide you with an accurate quote.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is important to note again that this dye technique is full of random acts of color and happenstance pattern creation. We always view variations in color and saturation from one piece to the next as a marvel of the process and never a flaw or irregularity. Do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have prior to ordering.
